Even when dealing with other Christians, their starting point treats everything as being "up for grabs." <BR/><BR/>But this is not my starting point at all and never has been. Likewise, it's not the starting point of most Catholics, no matter how "nominal." <BR/><BR/>Catholics cannot be addressed or evangelized like other "post-moderns," because we take basic things for granted: the existence of the Triune God, that Jesus is God, that Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven, that the Bible is the divinely-inspired revelation of God.
